Returns are allowed for Stock Items Only. Stock items are defined as standard items you can order from the web site except:
All items listed under Custom Fabrication
All items listed under Specials
Any stock items that have options added such as business card holders, brochure holders, and the like.
Returns must be made within 3 days of receipt and are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
No refunds on shipping charges are made. Customer pays to ship the items back.
Merchandise must be received with no damage.
Custom items, modified stock items, and specials are typically non-returnable.
