We will ship on your FedEX account at your request.  Either enter your account information in the Order Notes section at checkout or contact us at 701-223-2115 or 1-877-858-5751.  Please note: These requests will have an additional $5 charge per box by us in addition to any additional charges made by FedEx to your account.

Returns & Replacements:

Returns are allowed for Stock Items Only.  Stock items are defined as standard items you can order from the web site except:    All items listed under Custom Fabrication, all items listed under Specials, and any stock items that have options added such as tape, velcro, business card holders, brochure holders, and the like.   Returns must be made within 3 days of receipt and are subject to a restocking fee.   Quantities of 100 or less at 25% of order total INCLUDING shipping.   Quantities of over 100 at 35% of order total INCLUDING shipping.   No refunds on shipping charges are made.  Customer pays to ship the items back.     Merchandise must be received with no damage.     Custom items, modified stock items, and specials are typically non-returnable.    Call 1-877-858-5751 for all returns.   Replacements or refunds are made for items received that are damaged.  Photo’s of the damage will be requested, and the original packaging materials must be kept, including the box.  Any damage must be reported to us within 10 days.
