Outdoor real estate box  has a lid so you remove the 8.5 x 11 brochures from the top not the bottom . They have a 1″ pocket and has to be screwed to something, this item will not work with double stick tape because it is molded and the back is not flat.  It will work with the PS-36″ plastic ground stake.
