Made to hold 8.5 x 11 brochures, load from the bottom no lid. Back is flat so it can be mounted with double sided tape or velcro. Inside  dimensions are 9″ wide x 12.75″ high x 1.5″ deep and overall dimensions are 9.25″ wide x 13″ high x 3.5″ deep. With clear acrylic mounting plate glued to the back of the brochure holder with 2 pre-drilled 1/4″ holes at top and bottom
